I’ve been to Cardiff twice now, the first was only for a few hours and it was mid-winter so absolutely no daylight but I did get to visit Ianto’s shrine and Eddie’s diner. (If you don’t have a clue what I’m talking about see the blog post I’m about to repost from my geek blog!) This time though I got to see the bay in all of its glory and boy is it beautiful <3
If you’re not a Doctor Who geek there’s also Cardiff Castle (which I’ve only seen briefly while running away from zombies – stay tuned for Monday’s post) and Flat Holm island looks like it’s worth a nosy! Plus the city is well-known for its nightlife, although that’s not something that appeals to me personally.
I love Cardiff too. If you ever want to go back for a long weekend maybe next year I’d be up for that 🙂
Hey that might be cool, although in all honesty I haven’t a bloody clue what my plans are for next year!!
I’m not a Dr Who fan (although the rest of the family love it!) but I do love Cardiff. Great shopping and a really nice city.
It really is so beautiful, especially the bay. It’s hard for me to think of it as anything other than the home of Who though!
